Casey earned a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Salem State University. Recognizing the importance of being a strategic partner and advisor to the CEOs she works with, she obtained her M.B.A. in Leadership. She also holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from Cornell. She maintains both her Senior Professional Human Resources certification (SPHR) and SHRM-CP.
