About Taylor

As a strategic, passionate business woman, Taylor Casey has provided advisory services across several industries, including healthcare, finance, and education. Casey’s passion for business, people, and operations—and her commitment to serving as an executive coach for a number of C-Suite healthcare leaders across the country, as well as a mentor to several rising People Operations professionals who mirror her hunger for business and people—has enabled her to quickly climb the ranks in the healthcare industry as a trusted People Operations leader.

Casey served as the Chief People & Talent Officer at Transformative Healthcare, one of the largest private EMS agencies in the Country. Casey oversaw the operation for over 2,000 team members. Previously, she was Chief People Officer at Call9, a technology-enabled healthcare service that delivers immediate care to patients in skilled nursing facilities. She joined the senior leadership team at Call9 in 2018 as the Head of People Operations after serving in a consulting role since 2016.

Casey earned a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Salem State University. Recognizing the importance of being a strategic partner and advisor to the CEOs she works with, she obtained her M.B.A. in Leadership. She also holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from Cornell. She maintains both her Senior Professional Human Resources certification (SPHR) and SHRM-CP. Her tactical approach, passion, and innate leadership ability and experience enable her to successfully lead organizations into the future.
